Class trips at Jordan Christian School are always a highlight for our students and locations are chosen that both appeal to the students’ level of interest and serve to increase their knowledge. In addition to a year-end class trip, elementary students may also go on additional outings as arranged by their teachers to correspond with a part of their curriculum. Destinations of the elementary class trips include:
- Local farms
- Safari Niagara
- Bronte Creek Provincial Park
- Happy Rolph’s Animal Farm
- Welland Canal
- Fort George
- Toronto Island
- Royal Ontario Museum
- Jordan Historical Museum
- Balls Falls
- Grand River, Brantford
Our secondary students also enjoy many field excursions in connection with their courses, as well as a unique four-day trip together as a high school at the end of each school year. The destination of this trip rotates between the following four cities in Canada and the United States:
- Boston, MA – America’s oldest city
- Washington, D.C. – America’s capital city
- Quebec City – Canada’s oldest city
- Ottawa – Canada’s capital city
